About Me


I’m Priscilla Jones. 

I am an ACA registered and diploma qualified counsellor, with a bachelor degree in Social Science. I am also a qualified yoga instructor and incorporate mindfulness and meditation techniques into our online counselling sessions, using the ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) model.

In my early 20s I worked in women’s health and fitness offering health and diet advice, and although I don’t actively incorporate that into my counselling approach, I do believe that what we eat and how we treat our bodies have an impact on our mind and thoughts. 

I also have 7 years experience in the HR and recruitment space and provide guidance and advice with career aspirations and applications.

To thine own self be true

I have lived in London, UK and Toronto, CA. I met my now husband in London and we have settled here in Melbourne. In April 2021, our family of 2 grew to 3, with the arrival of our little boy, Leo, who is teaching me so much about being in the moment, self care and mindfulness. Parenthood makes you a forever student and I’m so enjoying all of the lessons and new skills! 

My mission is to be a listening ear, a sounding board, help people have deeper connections with themselves and others, and live a values-driven life.
